Packing
Bubble film packing to protect EPOXY coating, then use standard wooden case or pallet to load goods.
Delivery
For stock products, we will send goods to you within 1-2 days after receiving the payment.
If we don’t have in stock, it will take around 15~25 days after receiving deposit.

Q: Can I have my own logo on the product?
A: Yes, you can send us your drawing and we can make your logo,but it requires certain minimum order quantity
Q: How long is your product warranty?
A: Our product warranty is 12 months.
Q: Do you offer certificate of origin for customer to reduce customs duty?
A: Yes, our company is registered in China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, we not only can offer certificate of origin, we can also provide Generalized System of Preference Certificate of Origin for our customer to reduce customs duty.
Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.
