Flange connection
Flange connection is used for large-diameter pipes, typically at main pipeline connections with valves, pumps, and other equipment, as well as on pipe sections requiring frequent disassembly and maintenance. Galvanized steel pipes can be connected by welding or flanges.

Threaded connection
Threaded connection uses threaded pipe fittings. Galvanized steel pipes with a diameter of 100 mm or less are suitable for threaded connections, mostly used in exposed piping.

Welding
Welding is applicable to ungalvanized steel pipes, often used in concealed piping and large-diameter pipes, and is widely applied in high-rise buildings. Copper pipes can be connected using fittings or welding. For pipes smaller than 22 mm, socket or sleeve welding is recommended, with the socket facing the direction of medium flow.

Grooved connection
Grooved couplings can be used for galvanized steel pipes with a diameter of 100 mm or greater in systems such as fire protection, air conditioning (chilled/hot water), and rainwater. Grooved pipe fittings offer simple operation and do not affect the original characteristics of the pipe. For high-quality products and technical guidance, always consult a reliable grooved pipe fittings manufacturer.

Ferrule-type connection
Aluminum-plastic composite pipes generally use threaded ferrule crimping. The fitting nut is placed over the pipe end, the inner core is inserted into the end, and a wrench is used to tighten the nut and fitting.

Press connection
Stainless steel press fittings replace traditional water supply pipe connection methods such as threading and gluing, offering advantages like protecting water quality and hygiene, and long service life. During installation, the socket pipe fitting with a special sealing ring is connected to the pipe.

Socket (or spigot) connection
This is used for connecting cast iron pipes and fittings in water supply and drainage systems. It includes flexible and rigid connections. Rigid connections use asbestos cement or expansive filler for sealing; lead sealing may be used in critical applications.

Heat fusion connection
PPR pipes are connected using a heat fusion tool for hot-melt connection.
